Snowbird and Vacation Home Watch Packages

  • Basic Package

    The Basic Package provides essential exterior monitoring of your property. Services include:

    ·       Complete walk-around of the exterior

    ·       Ensure all windows and doors are secure with no signs of forced entry

    ·       Storm and yard inspection (at time of visit)

    ·       Post inspection photos and brief report summarizing the findings

    *No optional Add-Ons with basic package

  • Deluxe Package

    The Deluxe Package offers comprehensive care for both the interior and exterior of your property. This package includes all services provided in the Basic Package, plus:

    ·       Interior walkthrough

    ·       Plumbing checks (running taps and flushing toilets)

    ·       Testing of HVAC systems / Heating and smoke alarms

    ·       Rotation of lights and blinds, to give a lived in resemblance

    ·        Detailed post inspection photo report

    *No optional Add-Ons for one off visits

  • Premium Package

    The Premium Package delivers full protection with additional services to address every aspect of property care. It includes all features of the Deluxe Package, along with:

    ·       Storm readiness and post-storm inspections

    ·       Vehicle start-ups

    ·       Coordination for landscaping, repairs, or snow removal (at owners discretion)

    ·       Mail collection and package collection (from residential mailbox)

    ·       Custom checklist tailored to your property

    ·       Detailed post inspection photos and report

    ·       Storm check priority (your home is the top of the list during storm checks)

    ·       Priority 24hr emergency callout service (hourly and after hrs call out rates still apply)
